One of the lads I go to Uni with is a Barnsley fan and always asked about Stones and now asks about Holgate so he's told me about a few of the lads they've got coming up. Said Mawson is the next one and we should be in for him. Only played 3 or 4 games in the Championship and they've 5 million for him.

That is probably why the price seems so high, most PL sides were probably going to wait until next summer and / or panic buy in January but they have stolen a march on everyone. He is a fantastic prospect though.
