6 goals, 6 assists at 23 in the championship when you've got a year in the PL under your belt and are playing next to a guy who put in 15 and 15 and also have a 25 goal striker doesn't thrill me. I'd rather sign Kieran Dowell tbh.

Well we’re not linked with Cantwell so not really sure it matters if it thrills you. He’s class.

It would be disappointing given Villa's smart business thus far. Same with Ward-Prowse. Yeah I like Villa right now for everyone who is going to be mad at that.

I don't really care how much they've spent. By stopping Liverpool winning trophies they have probably saved nearly that in damage to public buildings as well as saving countless lives.

This country is a safer place with them at the top and we owe them a debt of gratitude.
 
So we were penniless for years, came into some money and gave it to the most inept people available to blow as quickly and thoughtlessly as possible and now we're broke again.

We're like a council estate lottery winner buying solid gold toilet seats and then finding himself in a public toilet defiling himself for the price of a teabag wondering what went wrong.

You're far from the first person to call Leverkusen, a team that has made Europe 10 of 11 years, a mid-table side and I'm just kind of curious what the thinking is with that?
