Strange move, for me, but likely to get more minutes under Simeone w/ current talent drain than w/ Pep @ City. The whole point of buying players young is that you don't have to spend utterly crazy amounts. If teams are paying that fee for players who are better than the best players in the world like hazard then it's a sad state for football.
