While Oumar is undoubtedly not up to the level of football we want to be playing at, I dont think any Everton fan should be laying the blame at his door.

Bottom line is he was signed for a decent amount and given a contract that he never would have got anywhere else (rightly so). Yes, some should say he should want to play football above all else but his career is so short relatively speaking. Everyone on here will most likely have a career that hopefully lasts them until proper retirement age whereas Oumar's career span will only take him another few years so although he is earning fortunes now, he needs to make that last a lifetime and no doubt he will want to stay in the life he has become accustomed to.

Overall, Oumar is well within his rights to sit out the final year of his contract as the fault lies with Everton and specifically the people who thought he was worth the contract he was given. If he was given a contract that better matched his abilities, we would have been able to ship him out by now.

Another thing is that the lad has shown nothing but class for Everton with his attitude in the face of massive disrespect from Koeman and you never hear any rumours of him being a bad influence on the dressing room.

I'd squeeze a lifetime out of a month of his wages.

The wage bill has increased from 86m pre-Moshiri, to its highest-ever figure of 142m last accounts.

We have paid 52m in Managers comp.

We have paid 90m in Agents fees.

But sure, lets pretend that Moshiri is a fraud who is only spending the clubs money.

Still say he makes it into the conversation when discussing the worst signings we have ever made as a club. Sitting out his contract for the final year because nobody wants him seems apt, somehow.

And yet, despite how utterly terrible he has been, I can't dislike him in the same way I hated Nyarko, Angell, Thomsen etc

He is not in the same ball park as Bolasie or Klaassen for example. At least Oumar did something of note during his time here. There are loads of players who have came here and not done one memorable thing during their time here.

he seems to be scrimping on our new home too, keeping costs right down , so that he can maximize his return.

he is not here for the good of Everton FC …. hes here for the good of Usmanov / himself

Abramovich gave Chelsea money in the form of interest free loans, Moshiri has given Everton money in the form of interest free loans.

Scrimping would have been sticking the Stadium in the middle of the Motorway on Stonecross, it would have cost us around 200m to build an 80k Stadium there, instead "hes" building us a World Class Stadium on the banks of the River Mersey, he doesnt care how much it costs cos hes not paying, the club will pay for the Stadium in the form of loans, if it was a quick buck he wanted he could have already built the stadium in Stonecross and sold us for quick easy profit, if making money was his only goal theres vastly easier ways to do it.

Im not saying hes investing in us for the love of the club, hes looking to make a profit, but hes doing it in the worst possible way for him, it would have been much easier to strip the club and sell its bones, but instead hes building.

People like you, misinformed stupid people are the most dangerous aspect of this club, you make up things in your head and spout them as facts and other stupid people feed on your lies and suddenly its not just a stupid persons opinion, it becomes FACT.
