Because people expect our 3rd most expensive player ever to be good enough to start a game within a few months of him signing. If he isn't then people will question his ability.

Guess the answer is mate how mnay clubs have signed a player in their mid twenties for their 3rd record transfer fee and without injury he has hardly featured in nearly 4 months. I'm guessing the answer would be a very short list and would include even fewerplayers who turned out decent

May come good may not, but right now their are some massive warnign signs in the way it looks, comments that have come out from a few sources just makes that worry more palpable

Anyway i stated my opinion clearly on him prior to him arriving and tbh even with such a bad feeling about how he would do even i am still really surprised that he has featured this little so far and how awful he has looked in those brief cameos ...

The scary part is i am pretty sure he was brought in not only as back up but also as utility as he played his first season in Russia mainly on the left wing as well, almost nailed on the plan was to bring in someone who was able to play the way Martinez tried to use Kone early season (out left but almost playing as central support half the game) when Roms form was at it's best.
