Oumar Niasse

Could he have been the true catalyst for the total fallout at the back end of last season - insomuch as the players might have looked at one another and said "wtf, he's sold Naisy and spunked another £5M on this guy!!!??"

TBH I started to think a while back that Martinez did this on purpose!

I understand he's not good enough for Everton, but some of these 'worst player to ever wear the shirt' comments are ridiculous.

He's hardly kicked a ball to prove himself. We've seen players hit 50 to 100 appearances who've been equally as appalling.

Off the top of my head Alcaraz and Anderson Da Silva were worse. Kone ffs!
Kone is light years ahead of Niasse that just about says it all.

No mate I didn't. Had a season ticket throughout the whole decade. Nissan is worse than anything I've seen.

....we haven't seen that much of him to be fair but from what we have seen it doesn't look very good. I think the main issue is that he's clearly been very poor in training, you can't fool fello pro's they will know in a few sessions if somebody isn't up to it and we have to think that is the case here.

People are going a bit of overboard here. Nobody has seen enough of him to make an informed judgment. He may well be poor and all the signs are looking that way but to say he's our worst ever signing is really premature. With the exception of an article in one of the Sunday rags, there's no evidence to suggest that he's not going to be in Koeman's plans

Written this a few times now.

Why would he leave when his mrs lives in manchester?

Plus where is he going to get the wages we will pay him for doing nowt over the next few years.

Omar is set for life.

He will literally be getting money .....and lots off it.....for nothing.

(and his chicks for free )

Another thing to consider, Zat.

Are the club in a position to sell him at a bargain basement price, even if he was agreeable and some club was willing to pay for him?

Even selling him for say three million would mean a ten million pound loss.

And as we are trying to show a profit on player sales to enable us to bring new players in, that ten million would significantly eat into any profit we make on Stones.

That's the way I read it anyway.

So IMO between his woman being from the North West, money for nothing and us not wanting to crystallise a trading loss, I think Omar is going to be with us for the foreseeable :(

Maybe someone is willing to take him on loan? That would potentially mean reduced wages and a chance for him to 1) prove hes not utter crap ( LOL ) and 2) to perhaps find a new team if we don't want him?

Or maybe Koeman has a plan for him...

A loan deal might indeed be the way forward.

Has Bobby got a new job yet :)

I posted this around the time I think...without doubt poss the worst EVER signing at the club. Noises from FF were all appalling early doors in so much as players actually took to him, liked him, primarily because they felt a bit sorry for him in that he was SO out of his depth...it ceased being funny after a mere few sessions when it became apparent that, yes, he actually was this bad...

'...there are kids, not even on contracts, who are WAY better players' '...worst I've seen'

And KONE was rated higher than him...WOW...which says more than anything really.

Yet we still pursued....and have basically been trying to get shut since.

Surprisingly - shocker I know - there's very little interest it seems.

Well in ROBERTO.

POOKIE's played a blinder here at least...

...you know what it feels like now Dan - that it was kinda the last show of authority & say from ROBERTO namely 'I want him, we're having him'...against advice and sense. A sort of 'I'm in charge here' stance. Desperate really.

The tit.

13 mil though. Blimey.

The klaxon went off when he arrived at FF, on his todd, in a little motor looking a bit lost and confused.

Which has pretty well been how he's played since.

Pfffff....
