10 game settling period after getting Marseille to the UEFA cup final destroying Liverpool & Newcastle on the way. That's acceptable to me, he'd showed his potential on a big stage....What has Mr Niasse shown anywhere for any period of time?

I officially decided he was gash when he came on at Old Trafford and got the ball twice, and both times just turned without looking and kicked it as far up the pitch as possible, which turned out to be nowhere near an Everton player and straight to Smalling's face. Something I'd do in a match, that

That 1 good thing doesn't even come close to the amount of mistakes and soft goals that Wright let in.
Niasse fiasco might have played a small part to Martinez getting the sack.....beats a penalty save.

Again your missing my point, I'm in no way comparing the 2 players. Just that it's a new league and just maybe a 100 odd minutes is not really a fair reflection to judge somebody as the worst player they have ever seen. Just a thought.

I understand mate, my point (although rushed,sorry) was that Drogba had showed on a few different stages his ability before coming to this country. I don't think Niasse has mate, it seems a decent spell of 6 months in a poor league.
