What's your thought on Gibson mateAre we not talking about someone who knocked his missus around?

Did you like Pineaar
Just wondering....
Domestic abuse mate.I had this exact conversation earlier.
Footballers are allowed to get away with murder because they are footballers. I used Gibson as an example re the drink driving conviction. Not aware of pienaar. Was that drink driving too?
I'd rather people who are violent or drink drive stay away from the club. It's why I never warmed to ferguson as much as others.
Well he's a b&ll&nd then isn't he.Domestic abuse mate.
Pineaar same as Niassie accused of hitting his partnerI had this exact conversation earlier.

The primary objective of any football club must be to win trophies, but there's a way to conduct yourself and Everton have always been at the forefront in terms of class and dignity. I just fear that over time we will scrap that approach entirely in the pursuit of success. The signs are certainly there.Actually your attitude is similar to some longtime Man City fans I know, when they first got the big money from the sheiks. They felt that the traditional club they supported was changing beyond recognition, and they didn't like a lot of what was happening, because it wasn't 'their City' any more. Very quickly, however, they decided it was just life moving on, and they might as well sit back and enjoy the ride. Do we want traditional Everton and never winning silverware ever again, or do we want to support a well oiled, rich, corporate machine and win regular trophies? There's only one answer to that...because winning trophies is the bottom line of what its all about.
