It's good that he's got straight into the scoring way for Hull, makes his time with us look more and more like a 'wrong place wrong time' signing rather than him just being totally poo. Which means we might get a half-decent fee out of him.
I agree. As much as he is maligned to be a terrible player he was playing top flight in Russia and seemed to do enough to warrant a move here. I wonder if it was more a case of an instant dislike from the manager to him as he seemed to do over the first few months with some others and that was that? We aren't missing him here at all and if he wasn't on loan currently we wouldn't bat an eyelid at him scoring for Hull but I am curious as to how much worse he could be from valencia who is a similar player to him

RM did turn out to be a disappointment but he was no clown as his multi-million pay off demonstrated. Plus he won the Cup by being brave and tactical - qualities that eluded DM in almost all his big games and RK last Sunday, for example. Plus he signed Rom- EFC's most important signing in twenty years.

The Niasse Story is yet to be archived and I feel quite superior that so many on this site wrote him off as complete rubbish.

Good post that Roy.....good to see some realism on this interweb thingy.

I'm pleased he's scoring but he still isn't even close to being good enough for us.
How he was allowed to score his first after an appalling first touch I'll never know. The second was well taken to be fair

Expect the game is at Goodison and their away form looks like:

Hull City away from home across all competitions since Marco Silva took charge: LLLDLL. Goals scored: 2. Goals conceded: 13

Oh really lol i read somewhere that he has several wins and a draw...must be home form then.

Marco Silva said that Niasse is one of the most hardworking and dedicated players he has ever had the privilege to manage. A wonderful work ethic doesn't make a great player, though, it has to be said.
