Wanting Niasse to smash Koemans head into a locker might of been an extremely poor attempt at a joke but wanting us to concede goals so as to have more ammunition to attack Koeman with it entirely consistent with Davek attitude.

The former was fighting for his job and really didn't have the luxury of getting him experience. The latter just came in and wanted to show everyone who's boss.

Niasse's 1st touch is about as good as Rom's is when Rom has a 0.20 blood alcohol level. However his positioning is pretty good and he can obviously slot. If Niasse is your No.2 striker then that's not really a bad situation to have.
