Less than 2 years ago we were, almost to a man, fuming at how Martinez had wasted 13 million precious pounds on what we all considered to be a footballing joke for who we'd be lucky to recuperate a couple of mill. Fast forward to today, and we've spent the best part of £200m on players like Bolasie, Schneiderlen, Sigurdsson, Keane, Klaassen and Williams, and Oumar Niasse has become our most effective player.

Who'd have thought.

While I agree with most of this, you can't include Bolasie just yet, before he got injured I'm sure he had the most assists.

I haven't written off Klaassen and Keane yet either. It's as much to do with the money as anything. 2 years ago we were panicking over potentially wasting £13m. Since then we have spent £200m on 6 players, none of which we can say for certain that it's been money well spent.

Someone usually profits off of a bad situation...enjoy it while it lasts Oumar, the fickle Everton fan cometh. You're no better than Steven Naismith, someone derided on here for years. The only difference is we were playing a bit better then. Your future is written, get out while you can.

Can't argue with a single word of that mate. Spot on.

Love Oumar. He replaced the Arouna shaped hole in my heart, after he had replaced the Denis shaped hole.

His stats speak for themselves. Even last year at Hull he only scored one less than barkley did all season meaning he would have been our 3 highest scorer. Unorthodox yes, but efficient and has good positioning and can clearly finish.

Do you think he will get a ban for diving? I hope not. We clearly see some contact with the defender but with Everton's luck he will probably end up with a 10 match ban! We need him big time for the next few games...

In the big scheme of things they usually let them go if there was contact, which there clearly was, he did exaggerate his fall but I will be very surprised and disappointed if there is action against him,Thought Phil Neville increasingly looks more of a prat on MOTD, his description of the penalty incident including changing his mind on whether there was contact was nothing short of embarrassing.
