The FA demonstrating once again just how cowardly and pathetic they are. The only reason they have charged him is by bowing down to pressure because of all the idiotic pundits, sore losing players and managers and ex crap refs that jumped on the bandwagon to make a big thing out of nothing. Should all be ashamed of themselves. Most of the hypocrites have done far worse with no contact many times over. Yes, that means the likes of you Alan Shearer.

Everton need to appeal this. Contact was there no matter how corrupt and pathetic the FA are.

Basically mate - the law was brought in - the worst culprits though are the sky 6 - they won't charge any of those, so go for the next highest profile team to make an example, absolute joke

IF the player is allowed to present evidence, then simply make a video of every dive by a player this season playing for a top 6 side which has not recieved any action, and let the FA explain how each of those cases differs from this one.
If we fail to repel this charge then we must have the worst team of experts in the history of the game. It's right there what Dann does. Not even close to being a debate.

The FA do not care about consistency or hypocrisy at all. Unfortunately as this is retrospective action I very much doubt we could launch a successful appeal. After they banned that player from Carlisle they were obviously biding their time to unleash a much more high profile ban. Wrong place, wrong time for Niasse and us.

Unless 20/30 players are being charged a week for similar contact then i'm going to stop watching football. Surely this rule has been brought in for when NO contact has been made and the player goes down. He made a meal of it but if we watch all the games I bet there is loads of incidents like that where no pen has been awarded but no yellow card for a dive either.

Ridiculous decision - just wonder how much Clattenburgs comments influenced the descision.
Everton should gather videos of other similar incidents which didnt render suspension and file it to FA together with an appeal.

Which is where it comes into question about the wanting to be taken seriously as a big club once more, can guarantee that any of the top 6 and their managers/owners/ceo would be not taking that lying down and would be hitting up all media contacts for 'support'

my bet is that we won't which given he will end up missing three games effectively against relegation battling teams is a farce by the club if they don't fight it in every way possible

Sound.

If we're banning players for making a meal out of it, then I fully expect around 15 players to get banned next week.

FA are a bunch of nonces, literally can't wait for a huge noncing scandal to come out in English football and every single one of them to be implicated.
