IF the player is allowed to present evidence, then simply make a video of every dive by a player this season playing for a top 6 side which has not recieved any action, and let the FA explain how each of those cases differs from this one.

The FA do not care about consistency or hypocrisy at all. Unfortunately as this is retrospective action I very much doubt we could launch a successful appeal. After they banned that player from Carlisle they were obviously biding their time to unleash a much more high profile ban. Wrong place, wrong time for Niasse and us.
