It was a total dive! We look incredibly stupid claiming otherwise.

The problem is why us? This has been in since the start of the season right? And after what, 12 games, this is the ONLY incident that has happened?

Yeah right....

The FA have previously stated like against Silva that contact means no charge really can be brought, so in this case there was minimal contact - every pundit bangs that line constantly about if there's contact you can't say a dive happened.

Same rule needs to be applied to all otherwise it's a bias towards certain teams or against certain players

Christ we should put together a video of Niasse falling over last season and the prior one when no one was within five yards of him as a defence

MOTD have a lot to answer for they point it out to other top players not in a venomous way yet really have a go at Naissie - it was a soft pen, but if you look Dann does put his body and elbow in his way and Omar is going at top speed-
they put the boot in deffo!

Shearer and Neville have certainly contributed to this as has Lineker - shameful.

This is utter crap.
Of course he made a meal of it, but there was contact, he didn't appeal, and as we know so well, he is a bit of a gangly, unbalanced type of runner, so he may have just fallen over lol. We are obviously an easy target, so is Oumar, and this is nothing - NOTHING - compared to some of the simulation and diving performances especially by Mourinho's teams, Man City, Sanchez, and even Lukaku sometimes.
We better fight this.

Are we the first prem club to have a player done for this? If so that’s absolutely typical.

I notice how they don’t charge Agustin, Sanchez, Sterling, Pogba etc for this, I wonder why?

The funny thing is now the FA have made a rod for their own backs because, every player who falls to the ground with minimal contact now will have to be charged, because the FA will have set a precedent charging Niasse for going down with minimal contact. We know they won't like because the FA are a bunch of frauds.

It won't mate, what will happen is exactly the same as happened last season with holding in the box on corners etc, they will dish out a half dozen bans - the majority to the same team - NOT one of the top 6 ofc, and then they will basically forget all about it before it starts to be focused by the media on why it isn't being applied to top 6 teams.

Stoke got crucified by that previously rule last season, then after about week 8 i can't remember a single thing being given on corners

Raheem Sterling dived the other week, and Alan Shearer was saying that Sterling was entitled to go down if he felt any contact, even if it was minimal contact, but for some reason Shearer changed his tune in regards to Niasse when there was the same minimal contact.

I don't agree it was a dive, but your second point is correct. Why Us? what about all the 100s of dives and lovely rolling around performances from the Sterling, Sanchez type players.

Shearer made a right fool of himself on MOTD the other day.......turned 180 from his previous stance.
