I mean FFS he didn't even claim the penalty; it was given while he was in motion - how has he 'deceived' a referee?

Quite literally everything about that charge is pure bollocks!

'Deception of a match official'

The fact that this is even a chargeable offence in the first place makes a mockery of the game.

I'm fine with it as long as around 100+ other players get the same charge every week for actually deceiving the referee constantly.

Whereas Niasse is actually fouled, doesn't even claim for it and gets charged!

It's unbelievable!

It'll set a dangerous precedent in my opinion - ref gets a big call wrong in a game and claims he was 'deceived'. No accountability.

It was a total dive! We look incredibly stupid claiming otherwise.

The problem is why us? This has been in since the start of the season right? And after what, 12 games, this is the ONLY incident that has happened?

Yeah right....

Given they backed out of charging Silva when he went down like a sniper had caught him the other week against Burnley, this charge is a joke really.

FFS that's outrageous.

Just look at the evidence you 'kin nobheads.

The funny thing is now the FA have made a rod for their own backs because, every player who falls to the ground with minimal contact now will have to be charged, because the FA will have set a precedent charging Niasse for going down with minimal contact. We know they won't like because the FA are a bunch of frauds.

Yeah right....

It's the FA making the decisions.

A black Everton player is exactly what they needed for this to happen

Hopefully the club gets behind Oumar and contests this.
