Conversely Marcus Bent was routinely lauded for his work rate. Bolassie too has drawn praise for his effort and work rate. Similarly Gueye. So has DCL.

There should be a public report explaining opinions of the panel and why the outcome was different to e.g. Bernardo Silva or Richarlison. That will give players and fans a chance to see what is and isn’t going to be punished. Currently it’s just a lottery.

The 3 members who are picked from the big pot of members to sit on the panel each week to look at these incidents will remain anonymous, so even though we know the names of all those involved, we won't know the names of the actual three who are picked for the panel each week.

Hi I'm a man city fan in peace.

I just want to say that this charge is a complete joke. The defender comes straight across him and knocks him off balance clear penalty. The FA are a complete joke. This charge should be for proper diving Ashley Young style I haven't seen any this season though. Is this a case of the FA pandering to MOTD/SKY again?

I wish they would be as keen to balance this out and punish blatant penalties that aren't given, Shawcross on Murray last night was as blatant a penalty as you could get which then had a knock on effect in Murray seeking retribution, for me the sooner they bring in video technology the better, it will enhance the game and put to bed most of these retrospective decisions.
