Just saw the penalty...contact but clearly exaggerated the fall...if he doesn't get investigated same as Niasse then Everton should make a lot of noise in the next few days...of course in motd Kevin Kilbane said it was soft...but no word on should be investigated same as Niasse.

Exactly the same situation as Niasse. Arsenal have benefited from Ramsey's deception.

We should probably kick up a fuss and bombard them with emails demanding it be looked into, but we won't because we're Everton and we don't do an awful lot.

Fernandinho blatantly dives to try and win a pen, but because he gets a yellow card for diving am I right in saying he can't be investigated now and done for diving?

Brilliant introduction of the law by the fa, top stuff. Why do they always insert loads of stipulations to try and protect footballers? Is it because they can't be arsed to deal with having to do the groundwork necessary to stop diving?

I thought Ramseys was as soft as anything and he made a meal out of it yet everyone agrees it's a pen because his hand is on his back and nothing else will be said about it.

But Dann's arm was on Niasse's chest? It's no different, I'd be amazed if they didn't at least investigate him. Obviously they'd find him not guilty like.

100% they'd find him not guilty even though he went down like he was shot.

It's an absolute farce but I hope Everton are compiling every single dodgy decision to be able to take to the FA and asking for more answers if they don't follow up on these incidents
