As the sanction is less than 3 games there is no appeal against a Regultory Commissions findings

You can appeal against a red card and there is provision to appeal against a ban on the basis the 3 games would be excessive but when it’s two games based on current rules there is no route for an appeal

They wouldn’t. Clubs have to agree in writing not to go to law and that they will accept the FA , UEFA and FIFAs decisions in these type of matters

The decision should be as simple as reviewing the incident, if there's no contact what so ever and the players goes down, that's a ban, if there any contact at all whether a trip,nudge,push then it shouldn't be a ban. Just make it simple and have a bit of common sense, why do things have to be made so difficult nowadays.

Even that has flaws. What about the likes of Vardy who in the past has deliberately imitated the contact.

Yeah... But also you only get a ban if the dive led to a penalty or something, I think, not just any dive

A penalty or a red card strictly, Aguero could have been investigated for the foul which got Schneiderlin his red card against City, but they didn't bother. Likewise DCL wasn't for Walker's red card.

Just saw the penalty...contact but clearly exaggerated the fall...if he doesn't get investigated same as Niasse then Everton should make a lot of noise in the next few days...of course in motd Kevin Kilbane said it was soft...but no word on should be investigated same as Niasse.
