Koeman has played this one very badly.

Isolating Niasse and Barkley.

Now here we are, let down by the board with a history of cockups.

Dependent on injuries he may have to play Niasse at some stage.

Pretty embarrassing.

How did the board "cock up " anything.

Fee & terms were all agreed.

Players & agents cocked these up.

..I've always thought there's more to this than it simply being a matter of him not being very good. I'd put this into the category of a transfer we shouldn't look too closely at for fear of uncovering something unsavoury. All parties involved at the time came out winners.

This could be as much why the current regime want nothing to do with the player as him being sub-standard.

Dont think the club came out winners Eggs.

I would love to know what is going on here.

To me, a power play is being enacted behind the scenes.

One would think there is is no way Koeman would actually want him in the squad as he makes himself look a right berk with this volte face.

So.

Either Omar has been included by Koeman to iterate the point for all to see that Walsh and/or the board screwed him over mightily by selling our striker and not fetching in a replacement and this is what he has been reduced to using.

Or.

Koeman has been told by Moshiri to stop messing around and at least give himself the option of utilising a player we paid £13 million for and whom we have seen can at least score a few goals at EPL level when he was on loan.

I suspect it is the latter.....and that things are not going well behind the scenes at L4

Just don't see the benefit to ostracising the lad anymore. By all accounts sell him in January, but until then we are desperate and he's got two legs.

What did he do to get that? More to the point, what's he going to do with his time?

Makes me laugh when there's about half a dozen regular posters who have taken up Dave's Avatar, and between them they still aren't half as prolific as Dave.lol

Whole system is now flawed.
