I don't know about that. He is not really an out and out striker. He plays wider than your typical striker.

He's got a bloody nose over his handling of the Ross situation, I just can't see him doing it. He should, and now is the perfect time to do it as focus is elsewhere press wise etc.

Niasse is up there with Kroldrup as one of our worst buys. Despite his limited minutes for Everton, he really did look out of his depth. Even when he played for Hull he looked awful. That goal he got against the RS was even lucky to go in. I'd rather see him improve and break into our XI but can't see it ever happening.

Crazy that a lad can cost that amount of money and essentially be terrible at his job. Meanwhile he continues to earn a great wedge and just knock about in the reserves...

With Rooney being a sexual deliquent, we could do worse than throw him on when Sandro/DCL tire. We needed 4 strikers and we have 1 essentially in Sandro. Absolute shocking.

I just remember him coming on in that horrible Lecister game where they battered us 3-0 after being on the piss for four days. He literally struggled to pass the ball a few yards. He's dreadful, a complete dud. Yeah, we need back up but I'd rather look toward Unsworths lot. I mean that. We're not getting rid of him either, he knows he's on to a winner with the wages. We're going to find out in the next few weeks whether or not our new squad can cover the loss of Rom, ie score
the goals between them.
Niasse will be the only option if it doesn't work out as we hope, so he has to be given game time in the reserves and cups to keep him in nick. That's all there is to it.
They can look at it again in January and do whatever needs to be done then. Or, at least try to.
I think he gets a bad rap here based on not much.
