Koeman would look an utter tit if he u-turned on his opinion on Niasse.

He's got a bloody nose over his handling of the Ross situation, I just can't see him doing it. He should, and now is the perfect time to do it as focus is elsewhere press wise etc.

I would say he has already "u-turned" just by naming him in the squad and, presumably, giving him a locker

And I have a feeling he was forced by the powers above him to at least give himself the option of using the lad.

Whether he does or not is a whole nother matter ;)

Genuine question here.
Did anything ever come from him being arrested for assaulting his Mrs ?

don't think anymore ever came out about it

sounded to me like an argument with the Mrs, she rings the police, they have to take him away legally, but then nothing comes of it because a) he did nothing wrong, b) she didn't press charges

Not a Prem player obviously, but the goal V the RS was a good finish.
Lucky perhaps an overstatement, but he isn't exactly pacey and somehow managed to run half the length of the pitch, then as the keeper approached he kicked it directly at him...managing to squirm underneath his legs...

It wasn't a clinical finish...

If he can do it for us a few times I'll take his luck.

Here's something I hadn't considered before. If he were to be transferred to another English team, wouldn't a new work permit be required?. More importantly, would he get one?. As far as I'm aware he hasn't played for his country since he moved to us 18 months ago and that must have affected his chances.

That was a great finish, great first touch to bring it under control, good second touch, and he puts it where he meant to put it.

His first one against Swansea here isn't too bad either, actually good movement for both his goals.

Very harsh that. He pretty much did everything perfectly from when he picked the ball up.
