What's the worse that can happen, he adds nothing and we sell in January for the same price if not a little bit more, or he slots a few goals for us and we either decide to keep him or sell him for more money, slightly off setting some of what we'll lose out with from Ross

Just when I thought I would not get that feeling of despair when I saw Arouna warming up, that realisation that all was lost, we replace him with a worse player.
He has no spatial awareness on the pitch and frequently occupies the same space as his teammates , his passing and control are substandard, apart from occasionally scuffing a ball over the line , his greatest attribute is the comical ability to do toddler running down the pitch with the ball pinging haphazardly off his shins. Ye gods! No wonder we've won nothing for years when our fans lionise this steaming lump of mediocrity.

Not fussed on the professional football front, he has not run his mouth off against the club as far as I'm aware, not sulked or faked injuries, just carried on training and playing football where he can. Obviously he found the step up into Everton difficult, but showed on loan he has some ability, so he is some asset to us, what degree, time will tell.

Well, I suppose we really HAVE to play him or else other teams might think there was something up with him and not buy him for tens of millions in January.
