..the fella is a good athlete in that he's a willing runner, is mobile, pacy, and strong. The problem is when he has to do any of that with a football at his feet. Instinctive rather than a thinker, I doubt he knows what he's doing so the opposition won't have much chance.

His goal against Chelsea U23s is indicative. At worst he'll give the place a buzz if he ever gets on the pitch.

I remember watching him warm up at half time one game in front of the main stand just after he joined. He was playing simple 15 yard balls back and forth to cleverley and he was spraying them all over the show like me with the driver out lol

My first impression of him was coming on at Old Trafford with about 10 minutes to go. He only touched the ball once and he got it on the half way line, turned and just hopefully booted it forward at Lukaku's neck.

I am sure if he was as bad as some are saying in here, he would have never been one of the best players first in turkey then in Russia...sure it's not the same level than the premier league but what I have seen of him at hull is a decent physical footballer...if he gets us 10-12 goals this season then it's a win win situation for us as we would get our money back and more...

Just reading a piece on line which appears in the Echo about "nice guys not always finishing last" it was about Niasse getting a place on the squad.
Nicest wife beater in professional football.

Or that time Lukaku (I think?) passed it to him and the ball literally hit his heels? Or when he comically mispassed a few times in a different games, again for us?

There was a highlight video of his shocking plays somewhere around here/YouTube, arsed to find it tho.

Mate, there is a 6-7 minute one of Lukaku that was doing the rounds between Chelsea and Man U fans, where some of his touches and passes were that of a conference player. Doesnt mean anything. Yes he had a rocky start but had come from Russia.

Klaassen cost £24mill but has struggled a bit with the pace and has played more than a few 'loose' passes, plus Sandro was woeful against Chelsea, couldnt do a thing right and even fell over trying to shoot yet people (or most anyway) are rightly being patient with him.

I just hope that if he does get on the pitch at some point our fans dont jeer, boo or mock as thats not really going to help the guy (or the team). Will never be a world beater but appears to have a knack for goals.

Koemans two fingers to the board - make them watch Niasse run around for 90 minutes....lol
