From kick off to final whistle, I'm singing "The Wheels On The Bus" over and over.

We, the fans, are ACE.

there's many many times when I've got chills just from the fact that evertonians are class. Pure class.
for example----> "96"

Sitting down is a requirement these days.

If you want to sing plastic songs, go to a Portsmouth match.

Almost every team that visits Goodison there fans all stand up and oh yeah forgot were Everton so we best not sing too many songs because were too cool.

To a lot of clubs playing Everton is a much bigger deal to them than us. Not being arrogant but it's true.

Just wait til soneone tries to have us off though.

Wenger had it right.

Away we fill ends like no other side in this league, and no mistake. Go and have a look at some of our Europe trips and compare to Man Utd or anyone else. Nobody comes close. Fact is there hasn't really been that much to sing about.

I agree with you to an extent but I reckon if we were not only qualifying for Europe but having 5+ European aways every year that might have an impact on the numbers travelling.

Don't know about that TBH mate. I went to a lot when we had that 4-5yr period and it was a constant suprise to me how many we took culminating in 8-10,000 inside Benfica with major injury probs and the manager telling us well before hand we had a scratch side out. There was thousands everywhere I've been and most weren't easy to get to.

I agree with you, I was impressed too. I just think if we got to the stage where we knew we were near enough guaranteed to be doing that year in year out, not everyone could afford to do that consistently and also people might be more inclined to pick and choose their aways rather than thinking "best make the most of this chance while we've got it".

I'm not knocking the levels of support, just reckon it might be a bit harsh to compare like for like with, say, United, Chelsea, Arsenal etc.

What so standing up is now the definition of boss fans? Ridiculous. I totally agree with the reactive comments, we don't drop down to levels of other fans. If something does kick off though, everyone will react. I'm remembering Arsenal away when they started dropping stuff down after the equaliser, we went mental, people trying to climb up to get at them and everything. We only kick off if we have to. "Standing up" and singing all game doesn't necessarily mean it's a boss atmosphere. We pretty much fill every away ticket allocation, not bad for a team with Liverpool's reputation in this city.

Maybe mate, the thing is though more so in the CL your mostly going to big cities that are easy to get to and relatively cheaply. We were going to places like Olomouc and had two ends set up for us cos we took that many.

I think you'd get a pleasant suprise if we ever get to the CL.
