Our Goodison Photographs

Always quite liked the Top Balcony, especially the front rows. You are right on top of the action and less "removed" than upper tiers at some grounds nowadays, where they are often set much further back. I think the issue might be that the rest of the ground is not the same height.... so it is possible to be slightly distracted by the panoramic views. Again, not always a bad thing.

I sat top balcony for a European game and got asked to shut up cause I was too loud.

Fantastic photograph.

I really wanna get in that old corner before she comes down.
The corner the other end is the only part I've never been in.

Had an offer of a free ticket in the away end from a United mate years ago but declined it as they were in great form and we were pretty awful. Regret turning it down now in a strange ticking the boxes kind of way.

Best corner by far between main stand and Street end in my opinion. The overhang of the upper tier, roof and the wall to the side creates a great enclosed feel

Not so much a photo of Goodison, but a Goodison memory. There were a load of these on Goodison Road hanging from the main stand.

I thought I’d lost this but I found it in a box in me Nan’s this afternoon. Honestly don’t know how it ended up there!! was over the moon.

I got it on the day they were taking these down, it was around Xmas 2003. I was just walking past the ground on the way home from work and cheekily asked if I could have one. Got told they were just going in the bin so was free to it.
