Im just honestly so sick of most of our players. I wouldn't blame him if Carlo asked for an entirely new squad. Guy has won everything and this is what he has to deal with? Jebus it's a hard ask of him.

It is annoying that we see the same players letting the club down game after game but it does appear the manager has very little choice but to put them in the team. It must be very difficult to try and come up with a formation and tactics for three players who are trying, three who can’t play at this level and five lazy b*#£@*+>.
 
Think we need to do one of two things to get us through the last 4 games with sone points.

Option A - play Holgate and Sidibe at CM and RM, reasoning they are both quick and can get about the pitch. With Gordon on the left theres 3 players who have energy in that midfield, they might be able to carry Gomes or Siggs.

Option B 5-4-1 3 centre backs with Coleman and digne on the wings, DCL up top with Richy and Gordan pushed up on each flank. The two CM drop deep and just hoof to DOM.
Stay in shape nic a point or two.

As for next season I have no idea, whatever transfers we can do need to midfielders unless the player in another position is a top good a player to turn down sort of deal.

Doesn't do enough anything off the ball, so when on it he has to be more of a threat - he looks tidy on the ball/can be an engine but 1 goal and 1 assist since joining the club suggests he's part of the problem.

He's looked geniuely devoid of energy since he came back from injury. Could it be he's subconsciously wanting to cruise to the end of the season at this point?

Thing is though,

what can he do in the middle apart from davies and gomes at the moment? Nothing. We know Siggurdsson has less legs than both. You say Baningime but the time he got some gametime he wasn't very good, and CA must see them in training and see what level they are at.

His hands are clearly tied in the middle of the park, where as the wide mid position we are stacked.

Only hope I've had is that Adeniran gets a run, based on very little footage of that inter-squad friendly game they did, got the ball and drove with it. Other than that, clueless as to whether he'd be good enough.

I get your POV but unfortunately he just has little option. Only three more games.. three left...
