Andoni Iraola for me....

Sack Dyche £5m, (Gardening leave until the end of the season to avoid big pay-off)
Iraola release fee, under 2 years left on his contract worth £1.8m

We could potentially have Iraola in place for c£2m, free if he resigned due to being blocked by Bournemouth, instantly improves results, performances and player confidence. For him a massive project and a club with a new stadium and a club with a much higher ceiling.

We could even offer him half Dyches wages and triple his and offer him £3m a year.
Not sure mate, his subs changed their game and he’s done well tbf, but he was getting had off by the ginger skid mark up to 80+ mins, and if Dyche had simply done his job, that he is handsomely paid for, and reacted to their changes and the tiring legs with a sub or two more, Andoni and Bournemouth would have lost.

Not the greatest job interview for me, but he’s still a clear upgrade on the snotty headscratcher we’re stuck with.

I`d rather a view based on the overall picture not based on that one game, when was the last time Dyche went to Old Trafford and turned them over 3-0?

He plays to win every game, even Saturday they never gave up and didnt know when they were beat.

I don't get the Potter shouts tbh, he has plenty of better offers than us recently and has refused them all, he seems in no great hurry to return to football management anytime soon imo.
He still has enough credit to look above us, we have absolutely no positives unless you’re a desperate manager or a Championship manager looking for a Premier league job.
Even Moyes has just come off his most successful stint as manager.
Our fans are not realistic, the shouts on here over the past 5 years, and the actual candidates is all the proof you need.

I'm not so sure, we pay daft money for example. There is the draw of the PL which does pull names in (Palace getting Glasner was a surprise) Also candidates will always want to be 'that guy' who pulled Everton back on track again. I don't see the club sacking Dyche anyway, certainly not before the next international break.

Some of the shouts for a new manager are laughable when ancelotti left and we weren't quite the basket case we subsequently became the candidates were basically Nuno and benitez
