Possibly impossible and a dream but if he wants a shot at the top league you never know.

1 thing im very certain of, is that we have no chance of appointing a manager who would need compo.

I know that and there are better and more experienced managers that are without a club that would be better to pursue

It's 100% relevant for a manager. Look at how many bums have been appointed from the championship and been given the run around once they get the big time cos players don't respect the.

Get rid of the problem players then. All top name managers have started their career somewhere and will have been at risk of the same thing (if they themselves were not big name players)…..that’s where the manager (however inexperienced) earns their corn).
