He is still one of the best poachers around. I agree with the ones saying that he is up for the challenge and would love to prove to Fabio and the PL that he still has it.

You never know whether a player is past his injuries. But I reckon he is not more injury prone than Cahill and I would never ever want EFC to sell him.

With Saha, Vaughan, and Owen at least one of them should be fit at any given time. But just imagine if they were all fit and had a full preseason under their belt along with Yakubu. We could have the best strikeforce in the PL.

I'd take Owen if we didn't already have Saha. We've already got one injury prone striker that will hopefully get around 20 games under his belt a season so there's no point in my opinion in having two. Also Vaughan's injury prone, Anichebe isn't the greatest and Yakubu is coming back from a very serious injury.

I'd rather get Jo back on loan for the season (only because we need to spend our small transfer budget on a DM and RB). Ideally, if we could get anyone upfront i'd gor for Vagner Love but that's not going to happen.
