This is what the Panoramia is about Offshore Secrets so what EVERY football club does.

They will have a secret camera in the club shop where the mark up on horrendously poor kits is 1000% and Bill leading us to the Arteta Money via Singapore production of Blood Brothers

Nothing to worry about just Journalists trying to make a story - YAWN!

The consequences, if any, will depend upon what was presented to the FA during due diligence.
The BBC claim to have documents that show Moshiri was gifted the Arsenal stake that was ultimately sold to fund his purchase of EFC.
If Mosh had claimed that he was the source of those original funds then we have a problem. If not, I expect the usual dismissive statement from UsMosh followed by nothing much.
This is likely an escalation of the Kronke war. Anyway we all know Usmanov has zero involvement in EFC. Esk said so. ;-)

I’m assuming from the title of the programme that Moshiri/Usmanov/Everton feature only to some extent?

They surely don’t have enough to fill 60 minutes regarding the purchase of Everton shares?

Either way it’s very damaging. Kenwright will take the club to the gutter before he relinquishes control.

That’s all we need to know.

Kopite infested media lads.

Nothing to see here.

That's my suspicion too. Pretty sinister stuff which warrants its own investigation. We can't have rival club tribalists having such vindictive influence in the game, it's near criminal and a far cry from ex-RS pundits waffling pants about our games on the telly (tho' it's bad enough we always have to endure kopite pundits for our games).

I'll hold judgement tho' until I've seen the program.

Donald? Is that you?

Legally speaking, Moshiri's shares at Arsenal were Moshiri's share, no matter if he bought them or was a gift from Usmanov, nobody can do anything about it, him selling his gift back to the person who gave it to him in the first place, while morally wrong (generally speaking), it's 100 legal.

In other words, the show might reveal what we all been suspecting all this time, Moshiri is using Usmanov's money, but doing it legally.

I don’t think that it’s quite as straight as that.

We know that Usmanov has passed the 30.00 % point in shares Arsenal. What that means in accordance with primarily with the FA rules but clarified in the PL rules is that he can’t have any influence either directly or indeed indirectly at any other club .

If as you suggest it’s Usmanovs money then there would be an issue
