In some of the events it was blaringly obvious, like weight-lifting.
The Chinese lad's muscles were buldging out of their skin and they looked like they were almost as twice as big as the other contestents...
Add to that, I also noticed that a few of them had bad face and back acne, and they were loud and angry... Almost like they were on a rage rampage.

If you watched the whole event... She looked like she was in it, to win it!
She had to compete and win in other events to qualify for the Olympics.
The comentators were mentioning a few of them during the event.
If I'm wrong, then she's a pretty damn good actor and was devoted to carrying out the joke until the end.
