Nope, because a good manager can get players working in his system - look at klopp and how many of the Rodgers team where trained to work in a completely different system.

We'd need minimum of 5-6 new players mind, 4 of them starters...

While we're on the subject of managers, Claudio Ranieri could be an interesting shout...bring in Vardy and a quality winger and we would have all the tools needed to recreate Leicester's title win. Plus he's done an amazing job with Nantes this season.
