AVB is a better option than him right now. Looks a good un though. Maybe keep him in mind for after allardyce maybe? As Big Sam looks odds on

There is no genuine fonseca link. I fear this is a ploy to cover up the fact that Allardyce has more or less told us to do one. Which would be fine except there are no other realistic candidates.

Sadly it almost certainly is mate, but would take him no problem if it was genuine, Shahktar play some lovely stuff, and their current situation due to all the problems in donets shows the bloke has a bit of character about him to get that team playing the way it does in those circumstances.

he's a good young coach, 100% we'd also target 3-4 players from them as well in january, they are good at the back and have some real pace/flair wide
