He's turned down West Ham apparently
I think the fact that he beat man city in the champions league shows that he is a manager capable of beating the big teams which is a manager I want.
I don't want another season of beating the bottom 10 teams but not competing against the top 10.
oh gawd...its like meeting 2 different tarts in a nightclub and wondering which one to take homeShocked he turned down West Ham......
Means WHU will now be casting their eyes on Silva.
Fingers crossed!! Be perfect for him and at least guarantees one of the mid table teams is stuck behind us
I'm concerned he's the easy option. I'm more concerned it'll be him because he won't be getting much of a transfer kitty after last summers balls up.Blatantly obvious with all the stuff going on that we never even considered him and Moshiri only had eyes for Silva.
Not really an easy option given the hassle we've had in getting him (if we do end up getting him, that is).I'm concerned he's the easy option. I'm more concerned it'll be him because he won't be getting much of a transfer kitty after last summers balls up.
We appear to be the only ones who are even interested in him. Events change, there are others available, and it seems Moshiri is sticking to his original plan. He's not got a thing right yet.Not really an easy option given the hassle we've had in getting him (if we do end up getting him, that is).
If we do, at least we seem to have a plan and be sticking to it. Can you imagine if we came out now and said we need to start identifying managerial targets. This should be boxed off by next week. Especially as we're in a world cup year.
