The appointment of Koeman was praised at the time. The fact that it went south after 18 months was down to Koeman. Moshiri acted and replaced him with a short term fix. The fix worked and We're back to looking for along term fix.

Not sure what he's done wrong (without having the gift of hindsight).

We can debate the above, but we have to assume that which doesn't kill us makes us stronger. And wiser.

At least he is not compounding problems by leaving the wrong people here too long. That is the alternative. He is seeing he is making wrong choices and attempting to fix them.
