If he gets the Bayern job then you might be right but Arsenal is a massive job and there's no "real" champions league clubs in the UK. There's 6 clubs in the mix, only really City is head and shoulders above and that's mainly down to Pep.
Plus Arsenal have a lot of money.Any new manager will be backed with a massive war chest. If Wenger leaves they won't want to make the same mistake Utd did with Moyes and not really back him.
I’m sorry but since when? I saw a stat the other day that Arsenal has spent less than 300 million net in the last 21 years compared to City spending more in 21 months.
They constantly sell to buy and do you wonder why Moshiri and arguably Usmanov are here? We can, have and will outspend them.
They are a club on a major decline and we should be looking to exploit that and overtake them over the next few years.
