I’m sorry but since when? I saw a stat the other day that Arsenal has spent less than 300 million net in the last 21 years compared to City spending more in 21 months.

They constantly sell to buy and do you wonder why Moshiri and arguably Usmanov are here? We can, have and will outspend them.

They are a club on a major decline and we should be looking to exploit that and overtake them over the next few years.

Arsenal are owned by Kroenke, and as long as they are, they wont spend money. It doesnt matter if they have it, it matters if they spend it, which they wont, except just enough to placate fans.

Unlike us they have loads in the bank. I think the reason they aren't spending is Wenger.

When he goes as I said before the board won't want to repeat the mistakes of utd when they didn't back Moyes.

I think any new manager will be given a lot. Arsenal must know they can't continue to miss out on champion s league football and still be able to fill their stadium.

Kronke is a very rich man. If he doesn't want to spend he may even sell to Usmanov rather than see his investment decline.

Either way money will be made available.

Rich men don't stay rich by letting their investments burn.

But I agree that he won't sell. As I said before whomever they get after Wenger will be given a massive war chest.

Its probably the reason they are so loathed to do it.

Arsenals wage bill is over £100 million higher than ours.

We don’t outspend them, and can’t outspend them.
