You claim Besic wasnt ready 18months ago, the fact is, hes always been ready, I mean what should we do with young players? Sit them on the bench till they are ready? Barkley isnt ready, Lukaku isnt ready, Stones isnt ready and Geri isnt ready, they will all make mistakes, they will all show their age, inconsistency, a total lack of game understanding.

I played a grand total of 1 season as a footballer, sure I had kick abouts with my mates and played football every chance I got, then I discovered girls, in later life I even used football as a smokescreen for things I did with girls, but anyway, I digress, the fact is, nobody REALLY understands football until they are to old to play football.

Thats not me having a pop at the under 30s, its just a fact of life, football, whilst appearing the most simple of things, is actually harder than splitting an atom..................
