I'd agree with this, he's looking but poor but given the extra you would normally keep him around, but given hes the captain and the example to others, I'd want him to move on so we can move into a more ruthless era with mogs or Seamus taking the armband
I just don't want the leader to say stuff like, O I hope I'm good enough for the team next year. I'd prefer they said something like, I know I'm good enough to contribute to this team and I'm going to use the time I have left this season and next pre-season to make sure I'm in contention. Some might think it's not a big deal but I think the mentality gets passed on.
