Lot of contempt on here for Phil Neville......stupid if u ask me. Hundreds of appearances in the blue shirt, never gave anything less than 100%. Good player. Great servant. Deserves far more respect

Watch this interview and wait for the part were he speaks about the derby. He claims that Evertonians are only interested in beating/finishing above Liverpool. He went down a lot in my estimation because of that, what he failed to understand after 8 years was that we can take a loss, but we just can't bare the sh*thouse performances that we'd become accustom to over the years.

Always thourght he was crap but was a good captain for us until the last 3-4 seasons then he was so bad that he was only getting picked because he had his toung so far up moyes arse that he had to be surgically removed from him at United.
