Saha doesn't look like hed get a new contract (as guessed) so weve cashed in otherwise hed be a free in the summer.

If we dont get a player, the board will be happy with a minimal fee

Would like to have a player of pienaar's ability in the team but on the other hand I'd also like the man to rot on the Spurs bench and Meltface's wage bill to keep growing as he just keeps buying like he has at every club he's ruined.

TBH I view his 'leaving saga' as the fault of his agent, based on info at the time from Lcab et al, he did some despicable things off the pitch though.

I usually defend agents by saying that they work for the players not the other way round and it's often convenient just to vilify them rather than the player. In Pienaar's case however he's been with his representative since he was a youngster in South Africa and he's been a huge influence on the lad's career and life , bringing him to Europe and the like. I'm told he has a huge influence on Pienaar and he readily follows his advice.

4/5 now, but to be honest i think its just down to common sense, Pienaar going to Everton makes more sense than QPR as they have just signed Saha plus Pienaar knows Everton
