We have several chains here in the States where you build your pizza like you would at a Subway (pretty sure you have those). MOD Pizza (made on demand) is one of them. They use a super hot oven and the pizza is ready in a couple of minutes.

You pick the crust and then load it up with whatever you want for a flat fee. I made a spicy sausage, mushroom, and a load of gorgonzola pizza with a tomato and mozz base. I then drizzled it with hot sauce the last time I was there.

Quite like a decent ham and mushroom myself. Thin crispy base.

Or one with loads of cheese on, maybe a few peppers and olives as well ?
