Big fan of this. Good on you. Love anchovies and capers. in fact, I often make anchovie-butter with capers (anchovies, olive oil, butter, chicken stock, salt, pepper, capers, garlic, lemon juice) and pour it on roasted brussel sprouts.

I make my own at home on my kamado fire grill.
4 cups white flour 1 cup wheat oil salt 320ml water bit of yeast. For toppings cheddar mozzarella grated Ham mushroom bit of bacon. Or my son like tuna and sweetcorn. Depends on the mood i guess

For me now, pizza is flavorless without a few anchovies.
