The world's only Michelin-starred pizzeria is in Naples. I guess Naples is like the Wembley or Lords' of pizza. I'd love to go there and eat pizza every day. Still never been there unfortunately.

Actually I was wrong. I have been doing some googling after watching the Netflix series about pizza chefs, and it looks like there are quite a lot of michelin starred pizzerias these days

Big fan of this. Good on you. Love anchovies and capers. in fact, I often make anchovie-butter with capers (anchovies, olive oil, butter, chicken stock, salt, pepper, capers, garlic, lemon juice) and pour it on roasted brussel sprouts.

Had pizza in Naples, Sorrento & Rome and, controversial maybe, feel that it's overrated. Emperor's New clothes. Don't get me wrong, it was good but didn't feel it was any better than pizza here.

Having said that, I have the mentality of a five year old and will have as many meats (except chicken) on mine as possible. Chillies are also a must!!!

Frozen pizza is largely an unsatisfying abomination. Though I have had my share during college years and beyond. But it is always a disappointment relative to even the worst restaurant-bought pizza.
