....lists like this are your views and surely not what you expect to happen.

I can certainly see Sigurdsson getting a new deal & Ancelotti will want to keep Coleman. I can’t see either of those going anywhere unless they want to move.

To be fair, that was posted in Jan. Still though, these are the players with one year left...id be surprised if the plan wasnt to move almost all of them on this window at that time (Lossl already gone + Tosun injured);

Sigurdsson
Bernard
Tosun
Delph
Coleman
Kenny
Lossl*
Baningime
Gibson

....the best i can see is a few of those seeing out their deals on loan next season.

Ancelotti will want Coleman & Sigurdsson to stay so they will be going nowhere unless they want to leave. Tosun is injured, can’t see anybody buying him but another loan is possible. Kenny hasn’t impressed at Celtic, maybe a loan at best for him also.

Baningime seems injury prone, Gibson not seen much game time, another two for loans perhaps. Difficult to see anybody investing in Delph, even on loan.

It leaves Bernard. Given recent links, he’d be the only one I imagine we could sell.

Id say

Gibson + Baningime off for nominal fees
Kenny + Bernard sold
Delph offered to anyone and everyone
Tosun out in Jan for a nominal fee
Coleman + Sigurdsson one more season.

Still a fair few off the books.

You're that low on Gibson?

He'll get another crack I think, he's only 21 this summer, and we've got a chance to get him back on loan, and prove his worth. Absolutely not his fault he went to a Reading side, who started like a house on fire, and the manager had his chosing paring since.

He's got a chance for me, don't think any of the other current U23's do, though mind.

I think Branthwaite is above him in the pecking order now...depends on Ancelotti and Brands of course.

At 21 id expect him to be in the first team squad....you mean u23s at centre back?

I think there will be a sale or two at centre back this summer.

I think he’ll go to the championship, I think this year has been unfortunate that no one expected Reading to be competing for Promotion so he hasn’t had a chance to really have a proper run in the first XI.

I just don’t think we sell, and we’ll give him another loan. I know he’s rated highly, and if he impresses in the championship he can still command a decent fee.

Why didn’t we recall him when it became apparent he wasn’t getting near the Reading side? A waste of a season, he’s the next Brendan Galloway.

...I think another loan will see out his contract anyway. I think the club would sell if it has the opportunity to do so but it wouldn’t surprise me if he wants to wind down his contract.

....he’d have only played U23 football even if there was a recall clause. The club will be happier having a chunk of his salary paid. I can’t see a future for him at Everton, Branthwaite will have leapfrogged him in the pecking order.

I think he said he would extend before if we loaned him...

Hence Fleetwood then Reading.

My guess is that we'll decide this summer where he is and loan him again till Jan and see if that works out then make a decision.

Sigurdsson - Can't believe I'm saying this but I'd give him another deal (no more than 2 years)
Bernard - Sell while we can still make some money on him
Tosun - Sell
Delph - Turbo sell
Coleman - 2 year extension
Kenny - Sell
Lossl* - Lol
Baningime - Sell
Gibson - Don't know how he's done at Reading. We've got a surplus of CBs atm though so might be an idea to sell if a championship club are willing to splash a few mil on him

2 years more for Coleman and Sigurdsson :o

2 years more for Coleman and Sigurdsson

Coleman will be useful enough for Cup games and potentially Europe. Can also make an impact as a sub as shown by the Spurs game recently.

Sigurdsson, I know, I can't believe I'm saying it. Just can't help but think he still produces enough moments in games to be utilised from time to time and make an impact off the bench.

Hasn't Branthwaite done his ACL?
