Yes Feyenoord are the devil incarnate
Branthwaite has done really well but still lacks a bit of positional sense ( natural enough as a young players) but has all the attributes to be a top player.
The only circumstances in which I see him back at Everton is if we stay up and guarantee that he will be a starter ( alongside Tarkowski in my opinion).
However given our financial position I think we will cash in and sell
No club in Holland will be able to pay what we want. I have no info but suspect he might go to Man U as Maguire's replacement / Varanes understudy.
Think we would be tempted at anything north of £30 million and snap their hand off at 40

For me, the 2 players I hope we keep hold of are Branthwaite and Onana.

If we could just bring in an attacking midfielder and a centre forward of similar ages then we may finally have a foundation.

Like you say though, i could see the board cashing in on both players for circa £100mil in order to hold onto the likes of Keane and Iwobi.

There are a variety of CL clubs across Europe chasing his signature, I highly doubt we will be able to keep hold of him.

Depends on whether he (and Onana) want to start every game or be part of a top sides squad.

I imagine both back themselves but perhaps they need 1-2 seasons as a starter.

Imagine 3 years ago he was playing for Carlisle, 2 years ago Blackburn and at the start of this season couldnt get into the PSV side.

Over the season he established himself as a starter, saw Brands make bids for him and now to crown his time there...wins a medal.

Rapid rise for him. He must bs thrilled.

Imagine winning a cup at one of Holland’s biggest clubs then coming back to Everton two months later. He’ll be off before he’s even filled his locker.
Probably only get 10 mil for him because Dutch teams buy cheap, and we'll need the money when we are down

He will have plenty of clubs interested in him and he will make the choice, he has no real affinity to Everton and we could get quite a decent fee for him because of the interest, although I would prefer he stayed with us and when we stay up that could help him decide his future with us.

Not a chance either stay next year, sadly. I take your point about starting games, but Onana in particular isn’t going to keep his place in the Belgium squad if he’s starting in the Championship every week. With Branthwaite, I think there’d have been a chance if he’d taken another Champo loan, but now he’s tasted some top level footy, silverware and the prospect of Europe next year I think his head will be too far turned to give us the patience of a year (at least).

On the bright side, with their ages and remaining contract lengths we shouldn’t be too far shy of £100m for the pair of them, plus whatever we get for Pickford (hopefully £40m+ with the new contract) and DCL (Argos gift vouchers). Downside to THAT being that we’re Everton so we’ll find new and spectacular ways to utterly waste that potentially club-saving income.

If they were to be given a chance we’ve got a core of decent young talent now with Branthwaite, Garner, McNeil, Cannon and Mills (I’m assuming Onana will be sold in the summer). We need to be building a side around this profile of player, not those who have been mediocre and fallen out of favour elsewhere like Maupay or Rondon!

I'd say Branthwaite, Patterson, Garner, Onana and McNeil should be the nucleus next season.

Cannon, Mills, Warrington perhaps in the squad.

Thats 8 players already so 1/3 of the squad.

Ive said before but the spine of Pickford -- Branthwaite/Tarkowski -- Onana/Garner looks quite good to me...we just lack a CM/ACM and a reliable CF.

The one negative to these loans (also a positive) is Nkounkou having an option to buy in his deal at Saint Etienne. He looks like he could fetch a fair bit from a ligue 1 side...and/or be useful to us.

Branflakes and Onana will be sold asap.

It would make no sense to sell.

Need the money. Probably the only 2 young talented players we have.

Wouldn't be surprised if Branflakes will already have suitors lined up. Onana was rumoured to be going in January never mind the summer.

Can see £20mill for Branflakes and £40mill for Onana.

Probably get £10mill to spend out of it.
