Great to see Harry Tyrer back in the Blackpool starting line up and getting a shut out as Blackpool won 2-0 at Bristol Rovers. He didn't have to make any difficult stops but according to the Gazette "he repaid Steve Bruce's faith in him with a sound performance between the sticks. He looked comfortable when called on. 7/10"

Another full game for Mason Holgate for WBA who drew 1-1 at Preston.
In the Cup, Francis Okoronkwo scored Salford's first in a 2-0 home win over Cheltenham. He started and was taken off after 87 minutes with his side two goals up.
As mentioned above, Billy Crellin's Accrington will also be in Monday's 3rd round draw. They drew 2-2 at home to Swindon but went through on penalties. Crellin saved a pen in normal time and two in the shoot out.
Not such a good day for Eli Campbell whose Ross County lost 5-0 at leaders Celtic. He played the full 90.
No sign of Reece Welch in Deinze squad for their 3-0 loss tonight. Rumours quoted above that he could be recalled.

Harry Tyrer started again yesterday as Blackpool were knocked out of the Cup, losing 2-1 at home to Birmingham. Apparently not at fault for either goal and he also made a number of decent saves.

….Eli Campbell currently playing for Ross County v Rangers (on Sky). I think his contract is up next summer so unlikely we’ll see him here again.
