In fairness, Moise Kean could have got into the first team. He showed nothing at all. Not one manager here saw it in him. I don't care if he scared 500 goals for Juve. I don't support them.

He wasn't very good was he. Remember his assist to Theo? it was a shot that skewed sideways into Theo's path. bloody awful. Glad he's gone the miserable get

First name of my list is Liam Walsh! That team had so many talented players that just needed a shot. Walsh though always stood out head and shoulders above the others who if you remember included Dowell, Davies (a touch younger)..
Him moving on was the straw that broke the back for me.. Davies came through a little later but Walsh was such a joy to watch .. gutted ..

Kean… ridiculous that this talent wasn’t given an inch of the time DCL got.. with a ceiling even now I believe is far higher than DCL will ever be.

Then I always remember Lookman buzzing and being exciting but being dropped for a totally ineffectually Bernard.. never ever saw anything in Bernard that I saw in Lookman.

… Dowell I believed could have been given a far bigger shot with that wand of a left foot.
Gordon should have had more chances last season and kept with the team

I would like to have seen more of Gibson but that won’t happen now. Seems Branthwaite will get better treatment but who knows.

As someone who believes in deliberate youth development with game time that is meaningful
I could go on..

He’s now at Swansea. Still only 23 so could still have a career. Would be good to see a few of the youngsters really make it even if with another team.

I saw Kissock play non league a lot. Decent but that was his level.

tbf to Moyes the Yak was next level lazy. Think I ran more during a game getting a pie at half time.

Definitely something up between the two of them tho, Yak's injury was serious ligament tear but he came back and remember him looking good in some games and then getting sat on the bench the next.

Even when he was overweight Van Der Meyde could cross incredibly accurately. Shame he destroyed what incredible talent he had.

Bent did a great job in the moyes system, but he lacked quality. The others had talent, but not worth keeping because they were unprofessional. You don't keep players like that

Actually I think someone already said Jela. He was on fire for us. Scored against the big boys. Had one dry spell and was then dropped. How many games did Anichibe get?

Needs a bit of luck with injuries. Had them with us, had them at Bristol, signs for Swansea and gets injured in a pre-season game.
