I think he's one of a handful of managers I'd accept coming in and Lampard leaving. I've still got faith in Lampard but we would be soft to turn this fella down. He's only young as well. Could get 10 years and a serious project out of him. For one thing he would guarantee us staying up I have no doubt about that.

I think Pochettino is a good manager, but I am not convinced he could win many matches without a striker. I think at the moment we should stick with Lampard, I just hope and pray we have a forward lined up for early January and that will give us a chance to turn the season around
