Positives of playing in the Championship

And there’s the real problem .The EFL take adherence to financial rules seriously, we’d be ruined .
It’s interesting that a set of rules designed to protect football from financial discredit will actually ruin us. We are in this position because the club are not allowed to spend money, not because the board can’t fund it.

If we do blow up, it shows the fallacy of the rules. I hate modern football and it’s deliberately closed shop.

If we cease to be, I will get me weekends back.

A mate of mine who is a United fan always says one of his favourite seasons ever was the one they spent in division 2 as it was back then.

He said the football was great to watch, they were by far the best side and there was no pressure, it was just a season of joy and laughs plus he got to go to loads of grounds he never would normally have gone to.
I think that was a different time. At the moment as a club, there is only really the unbroken run in the top flight.

Not many grounds in that current set up that I've not been to.
So nothing uncharted tbh.

Numerous players will have to leave. We will slim down the club from its current bloated awfulness.

The academy players will have to be used. They will get their chances.

Moshiri will need to sell up and Kenwright will go.

Existing as a twilight club in the PL holds no enjoyment for me. Since Moshiri took control, the direction of travel had been awful. The managers and playing staff have been dreadful. The fans have become anaesthetised (apart from a brief period last season).

Whatever the current rendition of our club is, it needs killing off. I hate what it has become.
