Yep, and a lot of City fans are moaning about Everton asking stuff, when a lot of them dont seem to know like you said that Everton knew nothing about it, also why was 1st request turned down and 2nd request granted not long later if that was True, Nothing wrong with asking but Everton wanting to know is been turned into something its not

Ive only skirted over some city's fans reactions. Like the printing of both statements from Everton and villa's newcastle game labled class v classless.

It was aimed at the PL not City. They are asking the PL to explain it not City. Probably why you got no "hope your players get better" message as it was not aimed at City.

Cannot see Everton doing it for a wind up so there must be something in them saying they were not informed.

I could not care less about the game being on or not. This virus is bad and people need to be safe.

If it was flipped the other way and our depleted squad was hit and we had to use academy players or reserves I feel like people would be asking for it to be postponed as well, You can't expect to be given or taking points if your team is hit by a pandemic virus for me anyway.

Personally i have no problem with the postponement it has probably done us a favour. My problem is the late call to cancel the game without any consultation with the club.

I find his (albeit unintentional) honesty refreshing. He came on here to read nice things about City and has left disappointed, but hasn't tried to hide it. Makes him immediately far preferable to certain other opposition contributors.

In fairness we were the same with Moise Kean. I'm sure a lot more players from many teams have broken covid rules but not been found out.

Am I right in saying that, so far, we haven't had any player test positive for covid?. Not that I recall anyway.

City have had positive tests only last week a player admitted breaking rules. Just add the two and two.

The thing is though, within minutes of the postponement, there was plenty of fans demanding answers. Even the owner of this site raised concerns/questions.

The club were accused of being a soft touch by some, so why shouldn't they let these fans know exactly what's gone on and what their stance on the matter is?

You can do that without inflaming the situation.
