Yes well that didn't happen. Bernie is done. Cruz is done. Let's get on with the fun I say!

It is likely that he won't win but he is by no means done yet. He won more delegates this time around because his victories in Idaho and Utah outweighed the Arizona loss.

Unfortunately Hilary has the super delegates on her side, at least for now. However, he might make it close on the pledged and voted for delegate count. Maybe even close enough for some of the party elites to sway to him late on, like they did for Obama.

this really, he doesn't believe in anything he says..and people are falling for it, incredible really

He barely says anything which is the key.

"We will win again."
"I will make great deals."
"I'm a winner."
"Ban the Muslims."
"Winning".
"Build a wall."
"Win."

A Bernie speech and a Trump speech is night and day when it comes to using facts, figures and stating policy positions.

It's done mate. He isn't winning. The gerrymander he has faced from day 1 won't allow him.

You're very probably right.

If anyone is interested in his views though, Bernie Sanders is live on The Young Turks (liberal, progressive US news/commentary) channel on YouTube at 10pm tonight.

At the very least the pressure he mounts from the platform and the prestige he garners may push the agenda within the Democratic party towards the more liberal end. 2020 and 2024 will be interesting, populist elections.

Hopefully there is someone to pick up Bernie's mantle.
